Brazil Cup of Excellence 2023 is made up of three distinct categories: the Dry Process Category which highlights Naturals; the Wet Process Category which includes any method where cherries undergo de-pulping such as Washed, Honey, Pulped Naturals, and semi-washed; and the Experimentals Category which includes both wet and dry processes with unique treatments, ensuring no additives other than water are introduced. The Cup of Excellence recognizes the top 10 coffees of each category that have been deemed exceptional by our International Jury, each scoring 87 and above and undergoing a minimum of five distinct cupping sessions. Coffees are packaged in 30kg boxes, each containing two 15kg vacuum-packed bags.
