The Cascara Infused process first requires caretaking another batch entirely
before this one can begin. We use the dried cascara from a previous lot to
create an infusion for this lot. Our Cascara Infused process requires several
labor-intensive steps, before and during the implementation, thus taking a
very long time to properly complete. Geographically and genetically similar to the previously dried lot, it is still an entirely different lot, thereby introducing a
unique symbiotic reaction in the fermentation tank, resulting in an almost textured profile, syrupy like fruit reduction.
