The name of the property emerged due to its location, since different landscapes can be observed at the point where it is located. "El Mirador" is a memorable name for me and that is why it was named this. I grew up in a coffee family, the passion for coffee was born mainly from tradition, from there I was able to observe how good quality coffee could be obtained through processes that had different attributes.
