Ma Coffee family farm, managed by my parents over the years, initially received seedlings from the Royal Project. Subsequently, P' Waew and P' Ken have diligently cultivated coffee for more than a decade. However, in the past five years, we have significantly intensified our coffee production efforts. This is due to the exclusivity of catimor on our farm, with only a small mixture of bourbon varieties present. Therefore, we aim to validate this hypothesis and endeavor to enhance the quality of the coffee cultivated by our parents. Can we elevate the quality of our Catimor coffee? Is it feasible to achieve Specialty coffee grade? Our approach commences with experimenting with different processing methods and participating in coffee competitions at various levels, including the current phase. to achieve development Moreover, we manage the garden's ecosystem. By planting trees to provide shade and nourish the soil in the long term. Being with nature is what is hoped for, my family's coffee farm. I want to make catimal coffee that I have on hand. There will be both quality and quantity in the future. Where price and quality go in the same direction. At the same time, we ourselves have tried growing various varieties to learn, and in the future we may try making different varieties of coffee as well.
Lastly, I extend my gratitude to the organizers of this event and all committee members who facilitated the opportunity for farmers to submit their coffee beans for evaluation. For P'Waew, this platform serves as a significant source of motivation, perpetually fostering the drive and enthusiasm to enhance coffee quality annually.
Thank you for recognizing the dedication of Thai farmers and for your steadfast support of Thai coffee beans.
