Ma Family Coffee farm is a coffee plantation situated in Pang Khon Village Chiang Rai, Thailand cultivated by my parents over three decades. Subsequently, P' Waew and P' Ken have continued to build upon their parents' legacy, diversifying the coffee varieties grown on the estate.
Our objective is to enhance the quality and yield consistency of the existing Cartimor coffee variety. This initiative prompted us to earnestly pursue coffee production over the past five years, focusing on refining the flavor profile from soil to bean and implementing various improvements. Concurrently, we have ventured into cultivating our proprietary coffee strains to explore and study their cultivation processes. Despite these efforts, we remain committed to ongoing refinement of the Cartimor breed. We are grateful for the support provided by platforms that encourage our continued development.
