Los Andes farm, located on the southern slopes of Guatemala's Atitlán Volcano, has grown coffee for over 100 years. Managed by multiple generations, the farm produces award-winning coffee varieties and is a founding member of the Guatemalan Association of Private Nature Reserves and the Women in Coffee Association. Sixty percent of the farm is preserved as original forest, creating a sanctuary for wildlife. Known for its innovative agricultural practices and conservation efforts, Los Andes farm exemplifies a rich tradition of excellence in coffee and environmental stewardship. The Andes Java variety was first planted a few years ago, resulting in an excellent cup profile and winning awards in regional coffee competitions for the past 3 years.
