"El Cipres" We are a small family farm.
As a habit we take care of nature by carrying out good agricultural practices, we are pleased to obtain very good results in cup quality in our first years of production.
We take advantage of the advantages of altitude, fertility of our soil and cold-temperate microclimate conditions that characterize our region.
As a tribute to our ancestors, we will continue to grow coffee varieties representative of Guatemala, subjecting our microlots of coffee to innovative fermentation processes without flavorings to highlight their own exotic notes, rare and different from traditional coffees.
