Our estate Sumava de Lourdes is divided in two big sections Monte Lourdes (28 Ha) and Monte Llano Bonito (40 Ha).
Each section has multiple farms.
El Kinkajou is located in Monte Lourdes @ 1670 - 1700 masl and it is named after a small wild animal that we constantly encounter on this area of the farm.
We have planted circa 6000 plants of sl28 Kenya in the past 8 years in this farm.
It was harvested fully ripen, rested and fermented for 3 days in cherry under the shade and after depulping rested x 3 days in fermentation tanks.
