The owners, siblings Maria and Alfredo Pacas, are Salvadorans passionate about coffee, dedicated to its cultivation, processing and export. Their mission is to "Love coffee as a family member", a principle that guides all their actions and decisions.
They are the fifth generation of coffee growers, inheriting and perfecting the techniques and knowledge passed down through the years.
Through their work, the Pacas brothers ensure that each coffee bean receives the care and attention it deserves. They take pride in maintaining and promoting family traditions, while adopting innovations and sustainable practices to improve the quality of their coffee.
Their commitment is to offer Specialty Coffees that reflect the dedication and love they put into each stage of the process.
La Esperanza Farm, located in Cantón El Porvenir, Municipality of Chalchuapa, Santa Ana, is no ordinary coffee farm. What distinguishes this farm is a combination of factors that make it special.

Firstly, it highlights the different varieties planted on the farm. With a meticulous approach to cultivation, Finca La Esperanza has a wide range of coffee varieties, including Pacas, Red Bourbon, Pacamara, Orange Bourbon, Kenya, Bernardina, Heirloom and Moka.

In addition, the farm's biodiversity adds to its attractiveness. Shade trees such as ingas, eucalyptus and conifers, among others, create a harmonious environment that not only favors the growth of coffee, but also provides a habitat for diverse species of wildlife.

Adding to its charm are the impressive altitude and panoramic views that can be enjoyed from the farm. Situated at altitudes ranging from 1,000 to 1,750 meters above sea level, Finca La Esperanza offers not only ideal conditions for coffee cultivation, but also breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Behind the scenes, the dedication and hard work of farm manager Yanira Mendoza and her team is evident. Their commitment to quality and sustainability ensures that each step of the coffee production process is carried out with precision and care.

In addition, La Esperanza farm plays a vital role in the local community by providing employment opportunities. With a workforce of 65 people, the farm contributes to the economic well-being of the area, having a positive impact on the lives of those who reside in the community.

In short, La Esperanza Farm is more than just a coffee farm; it is a testament to the passion, dedication and hard work of those who cultivate it. With its exceptional coffee, breathtaking natural beauty and commitment to sustainability, it stands as an outstanding example of what makes specialty coffee truly special.
