I am a second-generation coffee producer. Since 2005, I have managed my farm, which I inherited from my ancestors. Since 2020, I have owned the farm Jireh. It is my second year participating in COE. However, last year, I didn't manage to advance to the national stage. Despite this setback, we are continuing to strive to develop the quality of our coffee, particularly a natural Pacamara variety. I find myself grateful, firstly to God, and then to every family member and individual who helps me on the farm, from the cherry pickers to the technicians provided by IHCAFE. It is through the collective effort of everyone involved that we have managed to reach this point. I plan to continue implementing all the techniques that ensure and enhance the quality of our coffee, aiming to reach the level required for the international auction. I hope to be here again next year.
