I am Supriyanto, usually called Mas Iyan. In 2006, I started growing coffee because the majority in my place, 99 percent of whom are coffee farmers and coffee farming has been a culture passed down from my grandfather since the Dutch era. In 2019, the coffee that I planted was in production. That's where I learned about the post-harvest coffee processing. The plantation area where I grew coffee is on Mount Suket, 1700 meters above sea level with an area of 3 hecatrres with several varieties: Tyca and Bourbon, there are hybrids as well. My daily activities post harvest season is I maximizing my plantation maintenance by cleaning weeds and pruning, thank you.
