My name is Marjan, born in 1996. When I first started working in the coffee industry, I wanted to continue the work of my parents who had done it since 2003. My farm is not far from the residential area; because of easy access, I am able to check on the development of my plants. The process I carry out starts from paying attention to the picking, coaching the workers to only pick perfectly ripe fruit. I like the wet-hulled process because almost 80 percent of local people use this process. We also often make honey, full wash depending on the order. Apart from being natural, we can make process it.
