In 2008, I first entered the world of coffee farming to help my parents look after their coffee plantation. While helping my parents, I also started learning how to harvest coffee. Starting from just helping my parents, I became increasingly interested in various post-harvest methods. I hope that in the future, coffee will continue to be the backbone of our economy here.
The first coffee plantation was purchased in 2008, located in Pantan Musara village, Central Aceh at an altitude of 1640 meters above sea level, where various varieties of Arabica coffee are grown in the plantation. To date, the farm we manage has reached 10 hectares in the hope of supporting the family's economy.
The post-harvest process has been carried out from 2008 to 2023:
- Full wash dry hull
- Wet hulling
- Honey process
- Natural
- Peel the raisins (dry process wet hull)
- Double soaking wash
- Natural carbonic maceration
- Thermal fermentation wash
- Natural anaerobic
