Juan Rizo originally from the department of Matagalpa, resident in the Quebrada Honda region, for more than 10 years has been dedicated to coffee growing in his Santa Elena farm located in the Buena Vista region of the municipality of San Ramon, department of Matagalpa, where an area of 210 mzs of coffee of the varieties parainema, marsellesa, catuai and catimores is cultivated with an altitude of 1000 to 1200 meters above sea level, estimated production of 3, 500qq of exportable gold coffee, which began with its own funds, putting into practice an environmentally friendly production, which allows it to have a good quality production. It has two years of participating in the Cup of Excellence being this the first year in being among the finalists of the contest giving a good positioning to the quality of its coffee and feels grateful to the contest.

I have dedicated myself for more than 10 years to coffee growing, working with good practices and friendly with the environment which allows me to have a good quality production.
