Located at 1400 meters above sea level in Alishan of Chiayi County, Jing Long Coffee Manor is a young coffee farm founded in 2021. Owner Yeng-Chang Su comes from a family of tea farmers and began growing Geisha coffee in the family farm when he opened a coffee shop next to the family tea mill. Other than serving Su’s carefully processed Geisha to its patrons, Jing long Coffee Manor also serves homemade pastries alongside Wagyu hotpot and locally sourced vegetables to hungry diners, making it one of the most unique dining spots in Taiwan.
